- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
Delivery estimates are based on business days and exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

For Customer Remorse returns, including returns resulting from selecting the wrong size or color, ordering the wrong product, changing your mind, or no longer wanting an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Bldgene does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Direct exchanges are not available. Customers who would like a different size, color, style, or product may return an eligible item and place a new order after the return has been processed.
